Begin your day with authentic awareness and inner healing. Weekly Tibetan meditation session at TruthPie Bermondsey. Classes are held every Friday morning at 7:15am, with individual and subscription packages available.

Please note that we are currently limiting onsite participation to two attendees as part of our Covid safety measures. This is an excellent opportunity to receive more individualised support and guidance. Sessions will also be live-streamed for online participants.

All classes in TruthPie’s Wellbeing Class series are available on a monthly subscription basis - including an incredible array of weekly yoga, wellness, exercise, and mindfulness classes led by TruthPie’s instructors.

How to Register

Registration is now open on the TruthPie website. To sign up, click the link below and select your class date. For onsite attendance, please select Exclusive Sessions. For online attendance, select Online. You will have the option of booking individual sessions, class bundles, or unlimited monthly subscriptions. Feel free to select whichever option is best for you.


About this Class

Explore the rich and dynamic world of Buddhist meditation with this highly-accessible yet abundantly rich class series at TruthPie Bermondsey. Learn the basic principles and techniques of Buddhist meditation and inner healing with a blend of instructions, discussion, and guided meditations. Perfect for both complete newcomers and experienced meditators, this class will focus on the unique techniques of the Tibetan medical tradition, including a Medicine Buddha healing practice popularized by Ju Mipham Rinpoche (1846–1912).

Every class will include a short talk, guided practice session, and Q&A time. While we will discuss a number of traditional Buddhist principles and practices, you do not need to be Buddhist to attend. This class is open to all with a genuine interest in exploring this tradition.
